How many days will it take to receive my order?
SHIPMENT: 1-2 working days
ESTIMATED DELIVERY AFTER SHIPMENT:
Metro Manila: 1-2 days
Luzon: 3-5 days
Visayas: 4-7 days
Mindanao: 7-10 days
Please note: We do not control the day or time of the delivery as this is on our courier’s discretion and schedule.
It has been X amount of days and I have not received my order?
This can occur due to incomplete address, product delay and courier problem, please email us at support@chroigiftshop.com as soon as possible so we can follow up to our partners.
The courier sent an SMS but I am not available and house is empty. What to do?
Our partners will try to redeliver your order 2-3x, kindly keep communication with the rider that day.
Can somebody else claim the item in my behalf?
As long as the address is correct, anyone can receive and pay for the item.
Please note: During holiday seasons or ber-months, delay is normal as couriers also experiencing heavy volume on their warehouse, so please bear with us.
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one, where is the rest of my order?
We have a large assortment of products, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next.
I have received a broken or non-functioning item.
As much as we have checked the item before we shipped out, broken items are also possible due to courier mishandling especially on provincial areas, please contact us immediately and will gladly replace your item.
What is your Return and Refund Policy?
We accept refunds or returns within 7 days of purchase. Please send us the receipt or order number including the image of broken or defective item to support@chroigiftshop.com
If a refund is determined to be warranted, we will process your request for the original price of the item as quickly as possible.
Please note:
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Change of mind on your part does not entitle you to a refund or exchange.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
- We also do not process returns, refunds and exchanges because of buyer’s remorse. While we understand that you might have changed your mind, we won’t be able to take these items back due to personal hygiene standards and merchant limitations.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@chroigiftshop.com.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
